Currently participating in the ASCLME project with regards to research activities in the western Indian Ocean, I undertook an oceanographic and ecosystem assessment training course in cape Town, South Africa in 2009 that was under the ASCLME programme. |

| PROJECTS: | Currently involved in Agulhas and Somali Current Large Marine Ecosystems (ASCLME) Project –- Funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). | |
