PROFESSIONALTRAINING :

Undertook a research ethics training curriculum at FHI, computer training course at

Emanex Computer College.

 
     

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:

    Currently participating in the ASCLME project with regards to research activities in the western Indian Ocean, I undertook an oceanographic and ecosystem assessment training course in cape Town, South Africa in 2009 that was under the ASCLME programme.


    • Participating in sea grass conservation project led by Dr. Uku in Watamu, North coast .of the Kenyan coastline.


     
PROJECTS: Currently involved in Agulhas and Somali Current Large Marine Ecosystems (ASCLME) Project –- Funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

 

 

     

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES AND INTERESTS:

Interested in career advancement through further studies, to undertake research that will help us achieve the vision 2030, volunteering in research work, and to be efficient.
