Director KMFRI signs an MoU with Joseph Tinkoi Manager World  Vision Western  Region on 19th July 2019 at their offices in Kisumu. KMFRI is  to supply fish feeds, fingerlings  and train fish farmers in aquaculture technologies.  Present  were Deputy Director Aquaculture, Dr J. Munguti and Sangoro  Station Kelvin Obiero
